J. GLENN SLIKER | SPECIAL CONTRIBUTOR | INDUCTED: SEPTEMBER 30, 2011

J. Glenn Sliker, also known simply as "Slike" was selected as a special contributor for his personal work on the Northstar baseball and softball dugouts. Over a period of three summers, he constructed permanent benches for both home and away dugouts for the Northstar athletes and their opponents, a task the former Nottingham football coach called "a labor of love".

Glenn attended Hamilton High West, class of 1970, where he played football for three years and was selected the Trenton Times All-Area quarterback in 1969. Later at Trenton State College, he continued his love of the game and quarterbacked the Lions for four years while working on his BS degree in Health and Physical Education. Glenn began his teaching career in Hamilton at Nottingham Junior High in 1976.

During his travels through various Hamilton Township schools he coached football, swimming, basketball, softball, golf, and even cheerleading! Upbeat, talented and innovative, he made playing for him most enjoyable. Glenn served as the Hamilton Township Curriculum Supervisor of Health, Physical Education, Substance Abuse Prevention, and Athletics until his retirement in 2013.
